Amazon brings its Dash buttons to the UK for ordering staples with one touch


After unleashing them across the US last July, Amazon has now made its Dash buttons available to customers in the UK. The pillbox-sized devices, which can be stuck to any surface around your house, connect to your home Wi-Fi network and your Amazon account to allow you to order a replenishment of a wide range of household essentials, including Ariel detergent, Gillette shaving cream, Durex condoms, Andrex toilet paper and Huggies diapers with the press of a button. Although they cost £4.99 apiece, they’re basically free as each button scores you a £4.99 discount on the first order you place…
